General Policy

Prior to your scheduled appointment, it is important that you carefully read and acknowledge the established policies.

Availability for appointments is released 20th of every month on the booking site by 6PM. Remaining gaps in our schedule are regularly communicated via our Instagram platform. If you would like to book an appointment for Goddess or Boho Braids and plan to use the human hair I provide, please send me a DM in advance!
I do not sell the hair directly, and my vendor typically takes about 2 weeks to deliver. To avoid any disappointment, please make sure to purchase your hair ahead of time. :)

Ensure you book your appointment at least one or two weeks ahead before the initial date of the appointment. Every squeeze-In and Emergency appointment require 15 pounds extra charge, I provide most types of extensions, If you will like me to provide extensions for your appointment, kindly send me a message before booking. If you are booking a colour blend, please consider getting the Expression extensions. Colour blends will attract a £5 extra charge for 2 packs of hair.

Please note that the cost of extensions is not included in the service charge. You are also welcome to bring your own extensions. If you will be bringing your own extensions, I only work with pre-stretched extensions. If you are unsure about the length you need, feel free to send me a DM after you have made your booking.

A non-refundable £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment, This amount will be deducted from the total service charge, which is payable on the day of your appointment. Both cash and card payments are accepted. If you need to cancel your appointment, the deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment, provided it is rescheduled within same month and with at least 72 hours' notice.

A £10 fee will be incurred if a client is late beyond 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, style modifications or potential cancellations may be necessary, with a cancellation fee applied to the card on file. Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule are required to do so at least 72 hours before their appointment time, failure to adhere to this policy will result in a 50% fee of the remaining cost charged to the card used for the deposit.

Currently, I am not offering any hair washing or treatment services, for best results please come to your appointment with freshly washed and dried hair with zero-little products with a minimum length of 3 inches for single braids and 4 inches for cornrow braids. It is crucial to understand that "product-free" entails abstaining from any hair products, including conditioner, light oil, and gel. To my natural hair girlies, natural hair should be completely detangled and blown out from roots to tips for all style. If you have relaxed or texturized hair, ensure thorough detangling of roots.

Once you have made a booking, be sure to check your email for a confirmation message. Additionally, you will receive a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please note that there is a strict no refund policy, and by booking, you acknowledge and accept all policies.
